Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $300.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. We currently do not ship our products to some countries. Please contact us if you're ordering internationally and want to verify if we ship to your country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Logos Nutritionals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@logosnutritionals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

We have an Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee and a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To get a full refund, simply return the unused portion within 90 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund (not including shipping and handling).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we acknowledged your return, please contact us at cs@logosnutritionals.com.
