I've been using the Renaissance Activated Whey Protein now for a month and have already recognized a major difference. My recipe: 8 oz. Chocolate Almond Milk, 1 Scoop Remaissance Whey Protein, 1 Tablespoon instant coffee and i'll top off my bullet blender with regular almond milk which is about half a cup.
